You’re in luck. Our personal training programs go beyond your training with your personal trainer when in Bangkok. We focus on time efficient lifestyle systems outs of the gym. So you can achieve better results by focusing on your lifestyle. More is not better, better is better.

Yes! We have helped some clients lose 45 kilos, and even 60 kilos. We will encourage you to take it slow and the nutrition will be super important for you to start your health journey. We will help you with that 😉

Consult with us first so we can assess your injuries. Usually we can help you manage your pain, work around your injuries and still help you achieve your goals. Our focus is to help rehabilitate you, get you pain free with our team of physio’s and Physical Therapists in Bangkok.

We all have different lifestyle. Many travel, lots of holidays, so our programs are based on your own lifestyle habits and behaviours that you implement regardless of where in the world you are travelling or reside. That’s why they are LIFE STRATEGIES.

We hear this a lot. Many of the programs you have tried before were just ‘workouts’ and generic nutrition. We personalise your strategy through a science based approach to optimize hormones, and build habits that form your choices and behaviours. Achieving early results also motivates you on your path to consistent progress.

Most clients work with two main personal trainers. And you have a senior coach to advise and oversee all areas of your program. This gives you a solid system of support and flexibility in your schedule, training days and times.

This is a common question based on the average industry. However, we have developed programs based on frequency and include other elements in each coaching program outside of ‘coaching hours’. These are inclusive of nutrition coaching, lifestyle strategic planning covering sleep, stress, habits, our private VIP group, the Aspire Performance Course and access to our cutting edge app. Programmes start from 12,000 baht per month and we can recommend the most optimal program based on your goals, needs, and budget after a detailed consultation and strategy session. some program also include DNA Genetic Testing, HRV Analysis and High Performance Life Coaching for those who are looking to really scale their health and life success. 

You can also choose from our monthly payment plans over 4-6-8-12 months.
