Semi-Private Personal Training
A new solution which makes coaching more economical is semi-private training. Semi-private training is a great option for clients looking for more accountability within the group. Your session with your coach will be private, to design your customized programming and go through your base line assessments. You will also cover your foundation nutrition strategies to get you on track. The each sessions is supervised by a senior coach who facilitates each client during the sessions. You will follow your own individualized program and consistent feedback, corrections, support and motivation while still working independently and moving efficiently through the session. Choose from 2 or 3 times per week, and starting at just 9,600 Baht per month + vat.
