Private Personal Training
Personal Training at the Aspire Club is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training or for people with variable schedules – including athletes, executives and stay-at-home mothers. Our highly qualified trainers personalize your workout so it caters to your individual needs and goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Fitcorp Asia also offers semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friend or for those people who get more out of their workout by competing. Semi-private training is typically 2-4 people with one trainer. Common group dynamics are friends, husband-wife teams, brides and bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos. Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training and is a also a popular option.

Bangkok Boot Camp
Bangkok Boot Camp is a community of dedicated people with great camaraderie and dynamics. At Bangkok Boot Camp you will find people from all backgrounds with different abilities, fitness levels and experiences working out together. Our Boot Camps are uniquely designed and effective, giving you a completely different fitness experience every time incorporating the elements of nature that’s rare to find in an urban area like Bangkok.
Bangkok Boot Camp, established and run by Fitcorp Asia since 2004, has run more than 2000 boot camps across Bangkok and Thailand and has helped more than 400 clients achieve awesome results, get fit, shed fat and have loads of fun along the way. We believe in natural, primal movements; jump, squat, run, pull, push and throw.
