What was the main reason why you wanted to become a coach?

My journey with fitness and a healthy lifestyle has been nothing short of life-changing. It didn’t just improve my physical health—it reshaped how I see the world, how I approach challenges, and how I believe in my own potential. Through this transformation, I realized how powerful these changes can be and felt a deep desire to share that with others.

Helping others achieve this kind of change is more than a mission; it’s a reflection of the incredible impact fitness and health had on me. If I can be even a small part of someone’s journey to a better version of themselves, then I’m fulfilling what I believe is my purpose.

Think of it this way: just like you go to the dentist to keep your teeth in check, call a technician when something needs fixing, or see a doctor when you’re not feeling well, a coach is here to elevate your health, well-being, and yes—your confidence in how you look too!

Coaching isn’t something you can just wing without expertise. It takes years of study, dedication, and ongoing learning to do it right. A great coach doesn’t just guide you; they streamline your journey, helping you reach your goals faster while building a sustainable, healthier lifestyle that truly works for you.

There are so many! But one that always stands out to me is:
“I don’t need to train; my blood tests are fine, so I’m healthy.”

Here’s the truth: strength matters. Research now shows a strong link between muscle strength and how long you live. The more muscle mass and strength you have, the better your chances of living a longer, healthier life. And guess what? That has nothing to do with your blood test results!

Fun fact: I’m weirdly obsessed with brushing my eyebrows—like, 24/7 obsessed. If I somehow leave the house without doing it, I’ll literally turn right back around like I forgot my keys or something. Gotta keep those brows on point… because if they’re not, how can I face the world? 😎
