What was the main reason why you wanted to become a trainer?
My primary motivation for pursuing a career as a coach stems from my deep-seated desire to assist individuals in attaining their desired health and fitness objectives. Too often, I have seen people struggling with their health simply because they lack the knowledge to perform better.
Why do you believe everyone needs to have a coach to stay healthy?
I am a firm believer that everyone benefits immensely from having a coach when it comes to maintaining their overall well-being. The presence of a coach ensures that individuals receive tailored guidance, consistent support, and a sense of accountability, all of which prove instrumental in surmounting obstacles and getting desired health objectives.

What is the biggest misconception / myth out in the world about health and wellness?
