What was the main reason why you wanted to become a coach?
Simply to explore and challenge the status quo. Living a more performance-orientated life without limitations is a mission I have aspired to from a young age. The excitement of questioning everything, being a critical thinker and sharing the tools and systems towards optimal health, energy, performance and success.
The results in seeing clients achieving success across all life domains in a world where change is a constant has been a thriving factor for me to date.
Why do you believe everyone needs to have a coach to stay healthy?
We all need accountability.
Just like me, we all need to learn from a specialist when you struggle in seeking clarity in areas you are not proficient in or are not moving forward towards your future self.
Creating our circle of influence and accountability means we can shortcut the learning process and accelerate results in less time, more efficiently and in ways that are sustainable. Yet to you, currently the unknown. Otherwise you would be doing them.
While knowing the mistakes to avoid repetition of unwanted habits and behaviours.
What is the biggest misconception / myth out in the world about health and wellness?
Humanity fails to see that more is not better. Becoming a gym junkie or a health freak to achieve results optimally in the field of health, fitness and well-being is something I consistently debunk through my coaching strategies. In connection to this, we are inundated with complexity because we are set up to believe that complexity is what ticks the boxes for success.
While the details lie in the details when it comes to results, the ‘keep it super simple’ method means getting it done. Make change simple, make it easy, make it rewarding, make it permanent.
For you personally, what makes Aspire stand out from the crowd?
I founded Aspire because I firmly believe that a science-based approach works on many levels. And with the advances in science to understand the human mind and body, the foundations of our Aspire success are consistently showing amazing results. A repeatable, proven system.
But what makes me a proud entrepreneur is that I have surrounded myself with an incredible team of world-class professionals, both on the floor and in the office. Without this, Aspire would not be the Aspire I envisioned. You become who you surround yourself with.
From your experience as a trainer, what is the biggest struggle for clients these days?
Adhering to the facts that consistency is crucial in whatever you do. Building habits while staying on track despite the challenges of the modern-day world because more and more people think the grass is greener on the other side. Implementing a balanced and flexible approach to lifestyle – because of the plethora of solutions out there – is what we excel in.
A fun fact about you
Born and raised in Australia, I have lived the majority of my life outside my native land from Downunder. And to be exact, it pivoted around the time when I turned 27 years. I am extremely grateful for having seen a lot of the world before settling in Bangkok.
Most of my clients know that I have something with happy socks. I probably have more pairs of socks than underwear. There is power
