Rehab Coach

What was the main reason why you wanted to become a coach?

I have always been passionate about movement and how the body adapts and heals. As a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, I enjoy helping people regain confidence in their bodies, whether recovering from an injury or improving overall strength and mobility. Seeing my clients progress and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my work.

Why do you believe everyone needs to have a coach to stay healthy?

A coach provides guidance, structure, and accountability. It’s easy to get lost in conflicting information about health and fitness, but a professional helps navigate the journey safely and effectively. A good coach doesn’t just tell you what to do—they guide you, educate you, and help you stay accountable. They make sure you’re progressing safely and effectively, preventing injuries before they happen, and keeping you motivated when life gets in the way.

What is the biggest misconception / myth out in the world about health and wellness?

One of the biggest myths I hear all the time is that pain means damage. Many people are afraid to move when they feel pain, thinking they’ll make things worse. But pain is much more complex than that! It doesn’t always mean something is broken. Pain is complex, and understanding it is key to long-term health. The key is learning how to move with pain, not avoid it completely. That’s why I always educate my clients about pain management, injury prevention, and how movement can actually be the best medicine.

For you personally, what makes Aspire stand out from the crowd?

Aspire isn’t just another fitness or rehab space—it’s a community. We focus on holistic, evidence-based movement that truly supports long-term health and well-being. Every person is different, and what works for one might not work for another. That’s why at Aspire, we don’t just prescribe generic routines; we take the time to understand you, your body, and your goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a sport, or just wanting to feel better in daily life, we create a plan that makes sense for “you”. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about sustainable, life-changing movement.

From your experience as a trainer, what is the biggest struggle for clients these days?

The hardest part isn’t starting—it’s staying consistent. Life gets busy, motivation fluctuates, and sometimes, progress feels slow. Many people think they need to be perfect, but in reality, small, consistent efforts over time make the biggest difference. Another challenge I see often is fear of injury—people worry they’ll do something wrong and make things worse. That’s why having proper guidance is so important. My goal is to help my clients build confidence, enjoy movement, and create a routine that fits their lifestyle, rather than feeling like exercise is a chore.

A fun fact about you

I’m a coffee addict with a travel bug—my perfect day includes sipping a local brew in a new city! I even took my love for coffee to the next level and opened a wee café in Bangkok. So when I’m not in the clinic or coaching, you might find me behind the counter, perfecting my espresso shots and chatting with customers about their favorite brews!
