Nate Sriphan
WEIGHT LOSS COACH / PERSONAL TRAINER
What was the main reason why you wanted to become a trainer?
My primary motivation for pursuing a career as a coach stems from my drive to inspire clients to achieve better health and fitness objectives. I have seen people struggling with their health simply because they lack the knowledge to perform better.
Why do you believe everyone needs to have a coach to stay healthy?
Everyone benefits from having a coach when it comes to maintaining their overall well-being. I also benefits from working with a coach, knowledge sharing, motivation and a sense of accountability, help to develop a peronalised approach to results.
What is the biggest misconception / myth out in the world about health and wellness?
A common misunderstanding is thinking that being healthy depends solely on how we look or a specific number on the scale. This mistaken belief often leads to restrictive diets, intense workout regimens, and an unhealthy obsession with seeking approval from others.
For you personally, what makes Aspire stand out from the crowd?
Aspire is very integrated into lifestyle, not just exercise. I love working with this team, its so positive, educational and inspiring to be with world class coaches and trainers I can continue to learn with. As one of the very few, I take pride in working for Aspire because of its result focused systems for clients and contnuous learning opportunities. I have worked for a few differnt gym, and Aspire is truly world class and a whole differnt level.
From your experience as a trainer, what is the biggest struggle for clients these days?
I think today it’s a struggle because there is so much information and misinformatio it gets overwhelming to know what is the best approach. And if there is too much information we get confused. So my goal is to make health, fitness and weight loss simple and effective for clients, while enjoying the process.
This is where too many coaches may finetune their strategy with the clients to achieve their goal.
A fun fact about you
