AI micro workouts.
Built in seconds.
Tell the tool how long you have, the format you like and your goal. It builds one bodyweight session you can start straight away. No equipment, 5 to 15 minutes.
The Aspire AI micro workout tool is a free generator from Aspire Coaching in Bangkok. You enter your time, a workout format and a goal, and it returns one bodyweight workout of up to five exercises with reps or times. It is built for the gaps in a busy day: a hotel room, an office, a short break. It gives you a session, not a plan.
Build your workout.
Takes 30 seconds.
Enter your minutes (5 to 15 works best), pick a type such as AMRAP, RFT, ladder, HIIT, core or corrective, and add a goal like "lose body fat". Press Generate.
Four ways to spend ten minutes.
AMRAP
As many rounds as possible in a set time. Choose it when the clock is fixed and you want to see how much you can do.
RFT
Rounds for time. A set number of rounds, and the aim is to finish faster than last time. Easy to track.
Ladder
Reps change each round, for example 3, 6, 9, 12, 15. Good for pacing and for building volume without a long session.
HIIT
Hard efforts with short rests, mostly cardio. The most demanding of the four, so start with the shortest duration.
An AI tool does not know your injuries, your training history or your numbers. If you have pain, a past injury or a clear goal, a coach can do far more for you. One to one personal training in Bangkok, physiotherapy and nutrition coaching work as one team, and the fitness calculators show where you start.
Micro workouts, answered.
What is a micro workout?
A micro workout is a short, complete session of 5 to 15 minutes. It uses a small number of exercises and a clear structure, so you can fit it between meetings, before work or while travelling.
Is the AI workout tool free?
Yes. You can generate a workout without paying or signing up. If you want a plan built around you, book a free consultation with an Aspire coach.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Every workout is bodyweight only, with no more than five exercises and no warm up block, so it works in a hotel room, a condo or an office.
Which format should I choose?
Pick AMRAP if you have a fixed time, RFT if you want to beat a time, ladder for steady volume and HIIT for conditioning. If you are new to training, start with a 5 to 8 minute session.
Is a 10 minute workout enough?
It is enough to keep a habit going and to raise your heart rate on busy days. For fat loss, strength or rehab you need a progressive plan, which is what personal training at Aspire provides.
Can I get a coach to check my workout?
Yes. Book a free 45 minute consultation at the Asok studio. We run an InBody reading and a movement screen, then explain what to train first. Contact us to book.
