Add years you can
actually use.

Over 100 markers in one morning, from a blood panel to VO2 max, body composition, grip and DNA. Our medical partner reads them, your training, rehab and nutrition are written off the results, and then we take them again.

The gap

An annual check-up
tells you you are
not ill yet.

That is a low bar. It is also the wrong question. The useful question is what your body will still be able to do at seventy, and almost nothing in a standard check-up answers it.

Cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle and grip, the particles actually carrying cholesterol, how well you recover: these are the markers with the strongest relationships to how long people stay independent. Most of them are never measured, and when they are, nobody changes the training.

Aspire measures all of them in one place, has them read by a doctor, and then writes the training, the rehab and the food off the results. Nothing here is an opinion about what probably works for you.

What we measure

Five numbers,
retested.

Each one is taken at baseline and again on a set interval, so the chart is a record rather than a promise.

01

VO2 max

How much oxygen you can use at full effort. The single strongest fitness marker for staying alive and capable. Measured here with a mask test on the floor.

Retest every 12 to 24 weeks
02

ApoB

A count of the particles that actually deposit cholesterol in artery walls. A better read than standard cholesterol, and it rarely appears on a routine panel.

Blood work · read by Orba Health
03

Grip strength

A thirty second test that stands in for whole body strength and predicts how well people hold their independence. Taken both hands, every retest.

Dynamometer · both sides
04

Body composition

Skeletal muscle and fat separately, not a single number on a scale. Muscle is the asset you spend in your seventies, so it gets tracked like one.

InBody BIA · bi-weekly
05

HRV

Beat to beat variation, read as a running average. It is how we tell whether the programme is being absorbed or is quietly grinding you down.

Daily · reviewed weekly

DNA testing sits alongside these. It does not change week to week, so it is read once and used to set direction: how you handle caffeine, saturated fat and training load, and which markers are worth watching harder.

How the programme runs

Test. Read it with a doctor. Train. Retest.

Step one · week zero

The full workup

Over 100 markers in one sitting. Blood panel, DNA sample, VO2 max mask test, InBody body composition, grip strength and a full movement screen. Two hours in the studio at Asok.

Step two · week two

The read

A doctor from Orba Health goes through the panel with you and sets the medical priorities. Your coach and physiotherapist are in the same conversation.

Step three · ongoing

The programme

Training, rehab and nutrition written against those priorities by one team, not three. Body composition every two weeks, recovery reviewed weekly.

Step four · quarterly

The retest

Same tests, same conditions, same chart. If a marker has not moved, the programme changes, not the explanation.

Who reads your results

Coaching and medicine
in the same room.

Aspire runs the training, the physiotherapy and the nutrition. Orba Health, our medical partner, runs the clinical side: the panel, the interpretation and the medical priorities. You get one plan out of it, not four opinions.

Who this is for

People in their forties
and up who want
the numbers.

You have trained before. You are busy, you travel, and you have had enough of being told you are fine by a system that never tested the things that matter. You want a baseline, a plan and proof it is working.

This is not a one-off health check. The assessment is the door; the coaching is the product.
No group classes and no challenges. Private coaching, or semi-private with a group you bring yourself.
No contract and no minimum term. Stop whenever you want.
Aspire does not diagnose or treat disease. Anything clinical sits with Orba Health.

Retesting
Questions people ask first

Straight answers.

What is actually tested?

A blood panel including ApoB, a DNA test, a VO2 max mask test, InBody body composition, grip strength both hands, and a movement screen.

Who interprets the blood work?

A doctor at Orba Health, our medical partner. Aspire coaches do not interpret clinical results.

How often is it retested?

Body composition every two weeks. Blood work every four to six months, and four is the one we would pick. That is long enough for a change to show and short enough to prove what is working. VO2 and grip alongside it. DNA once, it does not change.

Do I have to train at the studio?

The testing happens at Asok. Training can be in the studio, remote, or a mix. Most clients do both.

Is there a contract?

No contract and no minimum term. There are no refunds, so the trial exists to let you decide before you commit.

What does it cost?

฿14,900. That covers the full workup, over 100 markers, the doctor read, and twelve months of medical concierge with the Orba Health team. Ongoing coaching is priced separately by training frequency.
