Why did you become a Physiotherapist?
Physiotherapy wasn’t originally my childhood dream, but once I began studying it, I quickly realised how much I loved the profession.
What keeps me inspired is that every client is different. Each person arrives with a unique condition, lifestyle, and story, which challenges me to think critically and create a plan that truly fits them. The most rewarding part is being able to grow alongside my clients and support them on their journey toward moving better, feeling stronger, and staying healthy for life.
Why do you believe everyone needs a coach?
There is an overwhelming amount of health and fitness information online, and much of it can be confusing or even contradictory. A coach helps cut through that noise by providing personalised guidance that is specific to your body, goals, and lifestyle.
A good coach also helps design a program that is both effective and safe, reducing the risk of injury while keeping you accountable and motivated. On the days when motivation is low, having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
What is the biggest misconception about health and wellness?
One of the biggest myths I see is that people who have pain are often told to avoid movement completely.
In reality, activities such as walking, climbing stairs, squatting, and moving through daily life are things we should aim to regain, not fear. The goal is not to stop moving; it is to manage pain while progressively restoring movement and function.
Movement is medicine. With the right approach, people can gradually return to the activities that once felt limited or impossible.
What makes Aspire stand out?
For me, Aspire is much more than a fitness centre or a physio clinic. What makes it special is the community.
People here genuinely support one another and share the same goal of becoming stronger, healthier, and better every day. Being surrounded by skilled trainers, physiotherapists, and motivated members creates an environment that naturally pushes you to keep improving.
What is the biggest challenge clients face today?
The biggest challenge is not usually a lack of information—it is finding a way to make healthy habits fit into real life.
Work, family, travel, and daily responsibilities all compete for time and energy. That is why I focus on understanding each client’s lifestyle and creating a program that works within their reality, not a perfect schedule. When a plan feels realistic, consistency becomes much easier, and consistency is what ultimately creates lasting results.
