Five readings.Measured in person.
Strength, engine, balance and movement, body composition and recovery, tested at our studio in Asoke. A doctor from Orba Health reads your blood work with you. You leave with a baseline, a plan and a date to measure again.

The five tests.
Grip strength
Dynamometer, both hands.
VO2 max
Mask test on the bike.
Movement screen
With a coach and a physio.
InBody
Muscle and fat, separately.
Your wearable
HRV read as a running average.
Alongside the five readings, a blood panel and a DNA sample. Over 100 markers in one sitting. DNA is read once and sets direction. It does not change week to week.

How the assessment works.
The full workup
Blood panel, DNA sample, VO2 max mask test, InBody, grip strength and a full movement screen. Two hours in the studio at Asoke.
The read
A doctor from Orba Health goes through the panel with you and sets the medical priorities. Your coach and physiotherapist are in the same conversation.
The programme
Training, rehab and nutrition written against those priorities by one team. Body composition every two weeks, recovery reviewed weekly.
The retest
Same protocol, same conditions, same chart. If a reading has not moved, the programme changes.
Who reads your results.
Orba Health
A doctor reads the blood panel and sets the medical priorities. Aspire coaches do not interpret clinical results.
Your Aspire coach and physiotherapist
They write the programme against those priorities, and retest it.
Your nutrition coach
Plans food around your calendar, travel included.
Who it is for.
You have trained before. You are busy, you travel, and a routine check-up has never tested the things that matter. You want a baseline you can act on.
Who it is not for.
If you want a trainer to count reps, we are the wrong place. If you are happy with how you feel, carry on as you are.
Common questions.
Is the assessment a medical test?
The blood panel is clinical and is read by a doctor at Orba Health. The rest is a measured baseline of strength, fitness, movement, body composition and recovery. Our coaches and physios do not diagnose.
Who interprets the blood work?
A doctor at Orba Health, our medical partner. Aspire coaches do not interpret clinical results.
How often do we retest?
Body composition every two weeks. Blood work every four to six months, and four is the one we would pick. VO2 and grip alongside it. DNA once.
Do I have to train at the studio?
The testing happens at Asoke. Training can be in the studio, remote, or a mix. Most clients do both.
What does it cost?
The current price and what it includes are on the Healthspan page.
Should I take the free check first?
If you are unsure, yes. It takes about 3 minutes and tells you which reading to look at first. Take the Healthspan Check.
