One to one coaching · Asok, Bangkok
The approach that worked at thirty stops working
It isn’t a discipline problem, and it isn’t age on its own. The inputs changed, and the programme didn’t.
Cardio and eating less will take weight off for a while. Then it stalls, and what comes off next is muscle, which makes the following attempt harder than the one before it. Add perimenopause, lighter sleep and a demanding job, and the standard programme starts working against the body it’s meant to be changing.
What we hear
Sound familiar?
- Training consistently, eating well, and the scale hasn’t moved in a year.
- Losing weight and still feeling soft, because what went was muscle.
- Energy that holds until mid afternoon and is gone by six.
- Sleep that got lighter somewhere in the last few years and never came back.
- Being told to add more cardio when the cardio is the thing causing the problem.
- Wanting to lift, with no idea where to start, or having tried a class where nobody watched you.
How it works
How we work
-
Start with numbers
The InBody reports muscle mass and body fat separately, which matters more here than almost anywhere: two women at the same weight can need opposite programmes. We take posture, movement and your training history at the same time.
-
Then strength
Most women we coach need more muscle and more food, not less of both. Progressive loading, coached one to one, with the weight going up as you get stronger.
-
Eat to recover
Nutrition built around protein and eating enough to recover from the training, then adjusted as the InBody changes.
-
Retest bi-weekly
Back on the InBody every fortnight, and the programme moves with the numbers.
Every session is coached in a private studio, one to one or semi private with people you bring yourself. We don’t run drop-in classes.
Life stages
Whatever stage you’re at
Perimenopause and post-menopause change what training and nutrition have to do. So does being post-natal. We programme for the stage you’re in. If you’re coming back after a birth, start with post natal coaching.
Where the line is
This is coaching, not medical care. Where something needs a doctor, we’ll say so.
Proof
In a client’s words
“As an expat in Bangkok, I always thought I was healthy, and didn’t realize how much weight I put on gradually over the years that I lived here. I tried to do things myself. Join a gym, work with a trainer at various gyms, ate healthy but still didn’t see the results. I know I needed help, and the team at Aspire help me get fast results, where I instantly had more energy and confidence.”

The wider team
More than training, if you want it
Aspire Physio works out of the same building, a floor below on the 2nd, and the physios are out on the gym floor with the coaches rather than shut in a treatment room. Anything you’d like covered alongside the coaching can be built into the same plan. Bring it up at the consultation.
Your first session
What the consultation covers
- InBody body composition baseline, muscle and fat reported separately
- Postural and movement assessment
- Your numbers explained in plain terms
- A written plan for the first block of training
No contract
It’s free and there’s nothing to sign. No minimum term and no lock in afterwards either. If it stops being worth it, you stop.
