In Bangkok
since 2002.
One team,
one plan.
One coach holds your plan. Behind them sit physiotherapists, nutrition, and clinicians for blood work and genetic profiling, all working from the same assessment. So when a shoulder goes or a marker moves, nothing starts again from scratch and nobody has to translate between a gym and a clinic. That is what you are paying for.
Goals are the
reason you call.
Aspirations are
why you stay.
Lose ten kilos. Fix the back. Get the blood work down. Those are goals, they are concrete, and they are usually what someone says in the first five minutes of a consultation.
Underneath there is almost always something larger and less tidy. Being able to keep up with your children. Not inheriting your father's heart. Still travelling well at seventy. Those are aspirations, and they are what actually hold someone to a plan in a week when work goes sideways.
We coach to both. The goal gives us something to measure. The aspiration is what makes the measurement worth taking.
Four things most
studios do not do.
None of this is exotic. It is simply harder to run than a gym floor, which is why most places do not.
One team, one file
Your coach, physio and nutrition coach work from one plan, reading the same notes. You never have to explain yourself twice, and nobody writes a plan that contradicts someone else's.
Measured, not estimated
One measurement protocol: InBody body composition every two weeks, strength and movement screens, blood work and DNA read by our medical partner. The programme changes when a number changes, not when it feels like time.
The other 165 hours
You train for three hours a week at most. The work is in what happens around it, so coaching here is as much about sleep, travel, eating out and stress as it is about the session.
Coaching, not just training
The aim is that you understand why you are doing it, so you could hold most of it together without us. Clients who stay for years stay because they want to, not because they cannot manage alone.

The long version of
since 2002.
Dan Remon arrived in Thailand in 1998 to work at Chiva-Som and has coached in Bangkok ever since. What is now Aspire grew out of that.

Dan Remon.
Thirty years,
most of them here.
Degree in human movement science, nutrition and psychology. ICF certified coach. TPI Level 2 in golf fitness and IYCA Level 2 in youth fitness. Coached at the London 2012 Olympic Village training facility, supporting coaches, teams and athletes through their preparation.
He still coaches. Aspire is not a brand with a founder photograph on the wall.
Degree qualified, CSCS and NSCA certified, coaching one to one rather than running a floor.
Degree qualified physiotherapists, including a former Thai national team physio, treating on the second floor.
A nutrition coach with a food science degree, writing against your blood work rather than a template.
Anything clinical sits with Orba Health, our medical partner, who read the panels and the DNA.
What we will
and will not promise.
No contract
No minimum term and no lock in. You stop whenever you want to. We would rather you stayed because it is working.
No group classes
One to one, or semi-private with a group you bring yourself. There are gyms around Asok that run classes well. This is not one of them.
No fixed timeline
We will not sell you a number of weeks. Bodies move at different speeds and we would rather retest than guess at a date.
We expect you to show up
The programme works when it is followed. We will build it around your week and chase you about it, but we cannot do it for you.
Jasmine City, 3rd floor, 2 Soi Sukhumvit 23, Asok. A short walk from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT.
One studio.
Two floors, Asok.
Jasmine City on Sukhumvit Soi 23, two minutes from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Coaching, physiotherapy and nutrition run across both floors, and so does the team.
There is no second branch and no franchise. One room, one set of equipment, one group of people who have worked together long enough to hand a client between them without losing the thread.
2 Soi Sukhumvit 23
Asok, Bangkok 10110
MRT Sukhumvit
Sat and Sun 8am to 4pm

Nine people, and
one file between them.
Coaches, physiotherapists and a corrective exercise specialist. The physiotherapists are coaches as well, which is the reason a rehabilitation block and a training block are not two separate pieces of work here.
Between them the team speaks English, Thai, Dutch, Korean and Mandarin. Most have been here for years rather than months, which matters more than it sounds: the person reading your numbers in month eighteen is usually the person who took them in week one.
You are assigned a coach, not a rota. If somebody else needs to see you, they read the same file rather than starting the assessment again.
We have never
used one.
Not as an offer, not as a promotion. Coaching in Bangkok since 2002 and we have never asked anyone to sign a thing.
If the work is good, people stay. If it is not, a contract buys a few unhappy months and a bad review. We would rather earn the next month.
It appears to hold up. Several of the people training here started before the studio in Asok existed, and are still on the floor most weeks.
Nobody stays eighteen years because of a contract.
A monthly plan runs for six months. It is a plan, not a contract. It is on us to keep proving it is worth continuing.
You stop. There is no minimum term to serve out and nothing to cancel in writing.
Session packs keep their validity terms, and the plan is built around the week you actually have rather than the one you wish you had.
Put you on a twelve week countdown, sell you a group class, or quote a number we cannot measure.
