·   Who can I ask for a better way to achieve this?

·   What additional knowledge or resources do I need to change this outcome?

You become comfortable sharing ideas without feeling threatened or intimidated, which leads to better choices, environments and relationships. You are now open to new ways, new ideas, new opportunities. And you are now solution driven, rather than ‘excuse’ based.
