At AYTC we educate youth in Bangkok in movement, nutrition, health, leadership skills, team work, positive thinking, just to name a few examples. Most importantly, the youth fitness coaches at AYTC encourages physical activity and being active by having fun! We believe that exercise viewed as a “must” never lasts – no matter age. Having the stragies and tools to get children and youth to enjoy movement (“exercise”) by choice and make positive associations with being active is what creates healthy habits in youth. Only then it becomes a natural part of life, being active, staying healthy and feeling great!
